Terms and conditions
1) Validity
The following general terms apply to all contracts make by electronic orders. All oral, telegraphic or telephone agreements require our written confirmation before they become effective.
2) Contract conclusion
Completion of the contract become binding with written confirmation or delivery within appropriate time.
3) Prices / Goods
All our prices indicated are Europrices including the legal VAT (value added taxes). All prices are in Euro. Our price list is subject to alterations due to exchange rates. All prices are the responsibility of our company. The orders are calculated to the valid price list on the day of order. Small modifications in the colour or technical modifications are possible without the right to resign the contract.
4) Delivery and dispatch
We are sending to all EU countries!
Shipping cost to all EU is same.

5) Delivery
The delivery will only be carried out according to our terms. The availibility of goods is limited to manufactors capacity. It is our efford to have all goods on our homepage available. If our company can not supply goods either in whole or in part or to late there is no right for compensation claim. By nonavailability of goods we will notify right away and any advance payments will be returned immediately.
6) Revocation right, and right of return.
The customer is entitled to a special revocation right and right of return for orders in the mail-order business, within a 2-week period after delivery.
The revocation does not require a reason. However, it must take place in writing (on another durable data medium), or by returning the goods.
To protect this period, punctual sending of the revocation or goods to the following address is sufficient: Miroslav Sirina, Na Honech III 4930, 760 05 Zlin, Czech Republic By returns of damaged or used goods, kendama.cz has the right of compensation claim.
7) Guarantee / Liability
There is a guarantee for 6 month from the date of delivery. The date of purchase must be proved by means of bill. The copy of the bill and the faulty good must be returned to Miroslav Sirina, Na Honech III 4930, 760 05 Zlin, Czech Republic.
The guarantee claims are refuted if the goods have been repaired, dismantled or changed. A partial or whole exchange of the goods I permitted. Faults must be corrected within appropriate time otherwise the customer has the right of exchange or reduction.
There is no liability for kendama.cz in case of damage by using the goods, expecially by false use. In that case there is no right for compensation claims unless kendama.cz acted gross negligence. The evidence must be brought by the customer.
8) Ownership
Until such time as the goods are paid in full, we remain the rightful owner of the same.
9) Data Protection
We notify, that necessary dates used for Business conclusion are processed and memorized by electronic data processor. Personal dates will be handled strictly confidential.
